Absolutely fantastic local bakery. Their breakfast menu is the real highlight, everything is executed perfectly with a good mix of very light to heavy and sweet fare. The coffee is equally good with even the drip coffee having wonderful depth of flavor and character. The real reason to visit is their fresh baked breads and pastries! Our favorite breakfast/coffee spot in town.

Absolutely the best latte I’ve had in a very long time. Honey lavender oat milk! Everything they sell is gorgeous and everything we ordered to eat tasted great and fresh.

Cute coffee shop/bakery! Love the vibes and all the little details. Egg sandwich 5/5 - croissant was fresh, fluffy, and flaky. Loved the touch of aioli. It was pretty big too! Iced vanilla latte w/ oat milk 5/5

Great place for a Latte and a Scone/muffin or a more substantial breakfast. It will be busy, but the line moves quickly. Definitely a great place for coffee.

Persephone Bakery - Jackson Hole, Wyoming Parking: Street parking is available, but it’s generally busy and finding a spot can be a bit challenging. Ambiance: A charming, cute little bakery with a cozy vibe. There's an option for outside seating on the patio, which makes for a pleasant spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Food: I tried the Hazelnut Latte and Honey Lavender Latte—both were delicious, though the Honey Lavender was on the sweeter side. I also had the egg sandwich with a croissant, which I’d rate 4/5. The croissant was flaky and well-executed, and the sandwich was flavorful. Overall: A good spot for breakfast, perfect for a casual and relaxing meal.

We enjoyed our coffee and cinnamon brioche. The indoor space is small and crowded, but it didn’t bother us. There is a really nice open outdoor space that we used.

We stopped here for lunch on our way to Yellowstone, and the reviews here did not lie! Our meal was absolutely delicious. The service was quick, and food not only hit the spot but was so tasty that we'll be coming here again on the other side of our trip. I took no photos of our food, but the chicken breast sandwich delivered a satisfying, savory, unique taste, with fresh romaine lettuce, juicy tomato and thick bacon on soft, tender sourdough with a crunchy crust! Also, the outdoor patio is charming with plenty of shady spots, surrounded by tall green trees and lovely wildflower gardens. You can also leave a little note on the tack board hanging outside the restroom door by typing a little note with the old-fashioned typewriter! Come here, you can't go wrong, I promise!

5 stars for branding, style, and overall ambience! Really, this place has nailed it in delivering a lovely experience from a stylistic perspective. Where they lost a star was the baked goods. I LOVE a great bakery, but this one was just good in my opinion. Food: -We ordered quite a few things- slice of the frangipane Tarte, slice of carrot cake, chocolate chip cookie, double chocolate cookie, and a croissant topped with a carmelized sugar, so I feel we got a fairly good sampling. -We did visit around lunch time, so perhaps that is the reason there were no cookie options without nuts. No chocolate chip cookies without nuts! Nuts aside, the cookie was honestly nothing special. -I ordered what seemed like an amazing double chocolate cookie. It wasn't. I wondered why the texture was so odd, only to find out they failed to mention it was gluten free. -Carrot cake lacked flavor, but was still good; just not great. -Other items were good, not amazing. I spent $44 on pastries and wasn't all that impressed with anything but the high quality and beautiful packaging.
